approval means that decison making has been delegated but that the adminstration retains rights of approval. inform means that the Board expects to be informed of the decison. input means that advice is sought, but decison making is not delegated. other decison areas might include staff benefits, student discipline, graduation requirements, a new Mission Statement, etc. etc. |
